Course Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a course with H Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions

• Full payment (or deposit if stated) is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Course places are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Course fees are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another date with a minimum of [7/14] days’ notice, subject to availability.

• Transfers requested with less than the stated notice period may not be possible and the booking may be forfeited.

• Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without prior written consent.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low attendance).

• In the unlikely event we cancel a course, you will be offered an alternative date.

• Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in missed content, which cannot always be made up.

• Repeated lateness or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

• Some courses may require students to bring a model. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

• If a model does not attend or is unsuitable, practical work may be affected and refunds will not be issued.

• Students must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their ability to participate.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment or training if it is deemed unsafe.

• Certificates will only be issued once the course has been completed in full and all required criteria have been met.

• Completion of a course does not guarantee competence without continued practice.

• All course materials, content, and demonstrations remain the intellectual property of H Collective

• Recording, copying, or distributing course content without permission is strictly prohibited.

• H Collective accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings during the course.

• Students participate at their own risk.
